Autism Awareness Month 2012, Day 3

Autism Awareness Month, Day 3:

Sometimes I feel guilty for finding blessings in autism when my daughter has to struggle at everything. Sometimes I HATE autism; yet at the same time I have learned to LOVE EVERY aspect of this experience. It is the most dichotomous, yet empowering experience I have ever faced. Through prayer, meditation, a strong marriage and taking my own power back I have learned let go of the anger to embrace the possibilities.... and I thank God daily for trusting me with the two most amazing daughters ever!! There really are blessings in the world of autism, sometimes you just have to still yourself to see them. ♥

Dear Autistic Friends... My Gratitude, Frustrations and Empowerment

Dear Adult Autistic Friends,

Thank you for debunking myths about being an autistic adult for me. Sahara (my 7 year old daughter) has gone from catatonic to achieving daily milestones... and I feel hearing your stories and befriending you has helped me set the bar high for this amazing child (when professionals said to institutionalize her).

Traditional therapy and educators didn't instill compassion and empathy in her. Nor did it teach her to strive for self actualization... which she WILL achieve some day. I have done that (along with father and sister.) Together we have worked day and night to see that she have the highest quality of life. Daily we meditate and focus on what our goals are... not the fears and struggles. If we got caught up in all of the woes than we would have little progress.

I have found gifts wrapped around this journey... and each of you have helped me achieve this. Yes, I know there are struggles... anyone who has read this blog knows I understand the raw side of autism. But, what I don't understand is how you set limits on what your autistic child will do 20 years from now. How do I know she won't get married? Or have a fulfilling career? Or travel on speaking engagements about her autism journey?

I don't... like I told the psych, "We don't have a crystal ball".

But, ironically... the extreme opposite is that I also get frustrated when outsiders talk about the gifts of autism... cause they do not know that raw emotional pain we go through and how much harder our kids have to work at seemingly simple things. I get offended by their assumption that they know more about this journey than us.

They do not see how hard I have worked to pull this child out of catatonia... when told we couldn't. How my persistence and attachment parenting taught her compassion, emotion and empathy... when told she couldn't. How we had to scrape pennies to get natural remedies... when they told us they wouldn't work.

I have worked hard at giving her the best chance at a life she so chooses... because she deserves that and so much more. And she has worked even harder to meet all of our demands on her young being.

Yes, like I always say, we have come a long way... but we have even longer way to go. But today I am optimistic that she will be a productive citizen and have all the opportunities her NT sister has. I know she will always see life through different colored glasses, but she is exceptional beyond the label and limitations of autism... as are all of you.

Thank You for your compassion, understanding, encouragement and friendship... it has helped empower me as a mother of a young girl on the spectrum.

Product Review: Getting Into The Vortex

Getting Into The Vortex

Guided Meditations CD and User Guide

By Esther and Jerry Hicks

Let me introduce you to Abraham.

The first thing you need to understand is that Abraham isn’t a person. Yes, that is correct, Abraham is not a person. Abraham is what Esther Hicks accesses while inspiring and motivating others to live a more balanced life through the Law of Attraction. Abraham is an energy source that has had many different labels throughout the ages. To Esther, Abraham is the vehicle in which she creates inspiration, hope and opportunity for all who participate in these teachings.

I am certain some will see this as hocus pocus, new age, metaphysical or possibly even blasphemous. However, I believe that none of that is accurate. In fact, I have found the teachings of Abraham to reinforce my relationship with and trust in God. If you look beyond the manner in which Esther presents her information … the messages that are left are consistently based in The Ultimate Vibrations of love, peace, joy and harmony.

In a time when the world is full of hate, disease, war and economic hardships this is an important message for all to hear.

And to keep in alignment with Alterna-Mom’s message, in a time when our children are experiencing challenges academically, emotionally, physically, and cognitively at an all time high, this is the perfect message to elicit strength and personal empowerment for mainstream parents.

Abraham offers hope and inspiration. Abraham teaches us how to get into a ‘place’ in which we can tap into our true potential and manifest solutions to our challenges. Abraham calls this place The Vortex. The Vortex is simply a meditative state in which we can find solutions to the difficulties in our lives. This isn’t a magical place or a placebo effect, but a meditative discipline in which the solutions can and often do surface.

In the teaching of Abraham, The Vortex is the place in which all things are created… in Christianity, we call this place prayer.

Abraham states that it is not necessary to meditate for more than 15 minutes per day. In fact, they say life is about living, not contemplating about living… and so Abraham has presented us with an effective tool, Getting into the Vortex Guided Meditations CD and User Guide, to teach us how to efficiently meditate and get into this Vortex where intention and creation occur.

In the Guided Meditations CD, Esther’s voice gently carries you through the meditations. Her voice is calm and soothing; eliciting an instant relaxation. Your breath seems to lose itself into the rhythm of the background music… ebbing in and out. Abraham tells us that this is the most important result of this tool; sitting still for 15 minutes a day allowing our breath to match the rhythm of the music on this CD. We do not have to understand what is being said. In fact, we do not have to alter anything in our daily routines, but to find time to be still and breathe.

The most prominent words to me throughout the Getting Into The Vortex CD is “Breathe in, Breathe out.”

In fact, since using this CD, I find myself saying these four words, “Breathe in, Breathe out,” often over my internal chatter during challenging moments. With that, I am able to easily re-center myself through the simple act of consciously breathing. It is in this connection that I remember “who-I-really-am” and remember to release control over many things I have no control over.

There are four tracks on this CD that can empower your life:

  • General Well Being Meditation
  • Financial Well Being Meditation
  • Physical Well Being Meditation
  • Relationship Well Being Meditation

Each is unique in verse, yet a similar presentation. I felt that this consistency allowed me to relax more quickly regardless of the track I was listening to. I also have found this to be a perfect way to incorporate meditation into your child’s life. Simply play the CD in the background while your child is playing, bathing or resting and observe subtle changes in the child’s Well Being.

If you are the left brain thinker (like me) that must know what each phrase means and how those words can educe profound change in your life, the User Guide will be a delightful reference book for you. This guide offers clarity. Abraham has elaborated on each phrase in this guide so that everyone can have a deeper understanding to what is being said and intended in this meditative tool.

If you are interested in learning more about Abraham, Esther and Jerry Hicks, or The Vortex, I suggest you look at the links below. This is a very powerful tool for your whole family to achieve all the benefits of basic meditation and much more!

Share the Gift of Simplicity and Ease With Those You Love...

Black Friday seems to contradict what ‘The Holiday Season’ is all about.

So, today I sit cozy and warm with my children while sipping hot tea and reflecting...

Over the past 6 years, I have learned to never take anything for granted… and that includes Christmas morning.

When you have a child who cannot comprehend why you allow a strange man in a costume come into your home in the middle of the night while you sleep OR have another child who is so catatonic that she cannot even open her own gifts… you have no choice but to recreate what the Holidays mean to you.

((For us, Commercialization and Idealization is far from the equation.))

Many of my own expectations have been calmed and put into perspective. I have surrendered “The Beaver Cleaver” Holiday to old re-runs… instead we have learned to make do with what we have and appreciate the little things. The most important thing (and this may seem cliche but it is true) is that we are together and offer unconditional love to one another.

I cringe when I think of the children exposed to too much commercialization at the holiday... and what message that sends to their expectations and sense of self. So, instead of Christmas Barbies and Gameboys... we construct homemade gifts. And instead of Reindeer and Santa cookies (loaded with artificial dyes and colors), we make a birthday cake and sing "Happy Birthday" to Jesus on Christmas Day.

I wish such simplicity to all families. To be in the moment of togetherness and pure unadulterated joy!! As we enter the Holiday Season, I suggest that you pause and allow ease into your life!! This alone could be the greatest gift you give to your child or loved ones... a more balanced you!!

Having said all of that, I know that my readers may still like a good deal for Black Friday... and the business woman in me will honor each of you too!! So, I am offering discounted gift certificates between now and Dec. 31 for my Energy / Meditation Work for Adults and Children. What better gift to give than something that will soothe the body, mind and spirit!

Adults Sessions ~ 60 minutes for $30 (50% Savings!)

Children Sessions ~ 30 Minutes for $15 (50% Savings!)

Distance Reiki Sessions ~ $5 (A Crazy Low Price for all of my friends who tell me all of the time, 'I wish you were in my town, country or village') J

All you have to do is make a payment via Pay Pal referencing my personal email account: ladysusan@sbcglobal.net

Then I will contact you via email to schedule your session and/or to confirm who is receiving the gift certificate and where to mail it… Yes, this is a great gift to give to your loved ones and friends…Energy based work promotes relaxation and reduces stress allowing the body’s innate intelligence to express itself and heal from the inside out. Doesn't that sound better than the re-gifted item that no one wants?

Who do you know that could benefit from an hour of “ME-time”? Or has a child that could benefit from the energy balancing?

Happy Holidays to you and yours!! May you each find simplicity in this season!!

Positivity and Exceptional Beyond Labels

So after blogging about the oil spill tonight, I saw a good video reminding me about the power of intention and prayer.... Here is a more positive blog on the Exceptional Beyond Labels Blog, A Confession, Collective Prayer and Empowerment.

If you are not following this blog yet, I recommend it. I will be focusing on the more positive side of autism and life events. Exceptional Beyond Labels embraces the concept that all parents have the innate power within them to help their children achieve their true potential beyond any label!

Hope to see you there!!

Oil Spill, Meditation and Eradication

The oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico is going to impact our planet, children and grandchildren, ecology, economy, etc. for centuries to come... that is if we survive it at all!! I watch videos, view pictures and read story after story; and my heart aches for our planet and mankind. I can’t help but worry about what devastation this will behind. I pray, but I am not sure that is enough.

I try not to focus on the obvious detriment of the situation. I firmly believe in the law of attraction and know my thoughts can and do create my reality. So, I try to meditate and focus on purified waters, a healthy marine habitat and a repaired oil tank. I figure that if the scientists and engineers who are armed with technology cannot fix the massive oil rig tank, then surely our thoughts can.

Well, I have to admit that is even hard for me to ascertain. I try, but I keep returning to thoughts of destruction and greed. I cannot help but to beg the power and money hungry individuals in charge to get off their duff and do something about this before it kills not only the planet, but the people who inhabit her too!! Stop defending Big Oil and take action!!

I feel like my pleas are met on deaf ears. I contemplate that if the powers to be can make vulgar statements about the oil spill and not take proper action to remedy the situation, and then it is very possible that the same greedy bastards could be making vulgar statements to discredit concerned parents and deny vaccine injury while continuing to pump that toxicity into our bodies? Sadly, this makes me feel validated. Sadly, this is probably close to the truth.

We live in a corrupt society where money and power make us do things that are incomprehensible. We turn the cheek when it doesn’t directly affect us or when we are seemingly removed. But, I have to say that we are not removed from either of these scenarios. Our children are being vaccine damaged as well as poisoned by toxins and pesticides in their foods as well as in their toys. Just this week alone 2 children’s items were recalled for containing cadmium… Miley Cyrus brand Jewelry at Walmart and Shrek glassware at Mc Donald’s.

And yet, we think it to be so farfetched that vaccines might contain harmful ingredients? Another story surfaced this week about a congressional committee that is investigating what they are calling a ‘phantom recall’ on Johnson and Johnson division, Mc Neil’s, Motrin. Apparently, the company outsourced contractors to have individuals go into stores and buy the entire product on the shelf to prevent a nationwide recall.

There are some tainted business practices occurring and it is mankind that is paying. Of course, Sarah Palin would like to blame the ‘Radical Environmentalists’ for the recent Oil Spill, but we know better. It is a world full of greed and this too shall bite us in the ass. This spill will effect far more than the Gulf. It will affect the entire mother earth and her inhabitants. You know I think she will survive… but not without causalities. Mankind has been eradicated before, and we are not too far from it again. We are but a mere virus on her and her immune system is about to eliminate us.

I pray that I am wrong for our sake, for our children's sake, and for the sake of this planet that gives us life.

Stoned and Unemployed

My husband was downsized in October. If you haven't heard, the employment front is not a positive outlook these days. Since there are hundreds (literally) applying for the same job, the employers have raised the bar on expectations and credentials. Being able to cherry pick every candidate that is chosen to actually come in through the door for an interview has left many frustrated and dependent on unemployment benefits.

Families, like ours, are struggling across America. Since I currently stay home with the children and head my daughter's treatment for a diagnosis of autism, we have been left without insurance. When Cobra was offered to us it seemed unreasonable, yet alone unattainable when we were going to be surviving on unemployment. Frankly, we hadn't used medical services for ourselves in the past 15 years, so we were not concerned much. We would continue taking care of ourselves as we have and hold out until he found another J-O-B that would offer benefits.... but of course Murphy's Law must rear its ugly head in desperate times...

Eleven days ago I was walking through the house when I suddenly had a sharp pain in my back. I initially thought that it must be a tight muscle from laying on the couch for the past two days with a head-cold.... until I ended up rolling on the bed with pain as intense as back labor pains!! When the words, "Call an ambulance!" flew from my mouth the instant expression on my husband's face said it all. Certainly, if I was asking for medical intervention it must be serious... then I saw the wheels turn and he started to pace, "We have no insurance.... F@#K!!"

...Yes, hundreds of thousands invested into the health care system and we were left facing a crisis with nothing!

As soon as the paramedic saw me, he uttered the dreaded words, "Kidney stones." Being the overachiever that I am, my body tried to rid 3 stones at once with a 6 millimeter one heading the way causing a blockage in my ureter. The CAT scan uncovered that I had another 5 stones in the kidney ranging from 2-8 millimeters.

Two days later I was in surgery, but not after we had to fork up a $5oo deposit to secure our slot on the schedule, "This is the generous self-pay option we offer." Generous for who? Certainly the Hippocratic Oath did not mean much in the private sector. (Did you know that most medical schools do not even require this oath?) Not seeing any other option we paid the money to have the urologist put in a stent to push the stone back into the kidney and to open the kidney and bladder to allow the urine to flow without obstruction.

Several days later the Kidney Stone Center called to pre-register me for Ultrasonic Lithotripsy; the use of high frequency sound waves to pulverize the stones. Of course we had to tell them we didn't have insurance. The pause on the phone followed by the statement, "Oh, you're a self pay... you need to talk with Verina," created a cringe in me. Why was I so embarrassed??? It wasn't like we eagerly volunteered to have my husband downsized in the middle of a suppression nor did we sign up for me to stay home because of the elephant in America's front room called Autism.

The financial advisor reassured me we didn't need the whole $7170 up front.... but, that isn't what was bothering me. It was the thought of accuring another debt and feeling responsible for this financial burden my family was facing. I felt so incredibly guilty... didn't I take care of myself good enough? I had this incredible sense of blame about these darn stones in my kidney...

I still have 2 days to go until the lithotripsy and will have to keep the stent in for an undetermined amount of time to prevent obstruction. Honestly, the various medications that I have been on frighten me more than any of the procedures. Having had a clean system for 15 years, I am sure my body is freaking out about the differing chemicals surging through me. So, I guess I will be doing that liver and/or body cleanse I have been putting off sooner than later.

Of course, I have researched kidney stones, natural cures and the like. The obvious finding is that I should be drinking, yet, even more water than I do. Mineralized water should be drank moderately as it contains calcium. Cranberry juice is another fluid that will help clean out the kidneys.

Some of the recommendations are steps we have already taken to improve our health; reduce sugar, soda, caffeine, alcohol, and refined foods. It is also recommended that you avoid animal byproducts, dairy, cheese and oxalate containing foods (beets, spinach, nuts, black tea, chocolate, beans, and strawberries). Oxlalate foods will be hard for me to eliminate as I love all of the items on the list!

Alternative health options always improve the function of the body, which might be why my body decided to attempt to excrete these stones in the first place. Accupuncture, chiropractic, reflexology, massage, reiki and meditation are all modalities that have reported beneficial health benefits.

For now, I have reduced the meds down to the smallest amount I can tolerate and still have the pain manageable, the children are pretty calm considering they are completely out of their routine and my husband is still holding strong even though I am sure he is on the brink of exhaustion. However, I presume this, too, will pass (no pun intended).

A Self-Awareness Challenge... promoting peace around and withinn you

A dear friend of mine initiated a challenge to her friends on facebook; consciously being positive until the end of the month. No bitching, no complaining, no gossiping, no criticizing, no negative self talk….simply having positive thoughts, actions, and words until the end of the month.

Today was day 2 for me; and I made it through a brief phone call with Jim’s former employer, shopping at wal-mart, and talking with creditors on the phone today!! HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT!! Then I got on twitter and lost my cool when someone made 2 stinging comments @ me. I would rather not go into the content, but I lost it and flew off the handle.

So, another friend stepped in and reminded us about unity. And I started thinking about how I failed the challenge, BUT… now I realize I didn’t fail; I am doing precisely what I deem this challenge to be about: Becoming accountable for my responses and interactions with others (and myself). So, in hind sight I didn’t fail the challenge at all, but succeeded in self awareness!

Tomorrow is another day, and so, I invite you to join me (us)… there is no way to fail this challenge; it is about giving and promoting peace around and within you. The more peace you emit the more peace you will attract…

Let me know if you are game; and keep us posted. Here's to a powerful week of peace, love, kindness, and accountability!

(Thank you Robin for inspiring me this week in being a better person, mother, wife, child, neighbor, friend and stranger.)

What Spirituality Means to Me

To me spirituality is how you define and express your relationship with the source (commonly known as God).

God is the universal life force that animates and organizes all of creation. This life force resides in each of us, in all things, and all places. This source is pure love and light; and vibrates at the highest resonance. It is how we remember to tune into the source and stay centered in the light that brings us our spirituality.

I believe that we have cosmic contracts that we need to fulfill in this lifetime. I believe that when you are ‘wronged’ it is a cosmic contract unfolding and that it presents an opportunity for growth. I believe that nothing is coincidental. I believe that even though our path is pre-ordained we still posses the power to change the future, past and present. I believe that we are all connected and one. I believe that we all have spirit guides and angels who have been assigned to guide and support us on this journey. I believe that the more humans that start to resonate at a higher level the more the planet and human kind can heal and transform. I believe…

This belief system has evolved over the past decade and a half. However, the more Reiki I perform on myself and others the more I become aware of and experience this energy on a personal level. Performing Reiki and channeling the universal life force is like remember who I am as a part of the source. Since practicing Reiki, I have personally experienced fewer negative emotions. And when I do, I am more quickly able to re-center myself and am more aware of the higher purpose of situations. I find myself thinking more on a global scale rather than just in my corner of the world.

My Spiritual/Healing Journey

Many of you know I have been on a spiritual/healing quest for the past decade or so well, last night was momentous occasion for me. After our aura and chakra class, Reiki Master Dave Scarbrough attuned me to Level 3 Reiki!

Dave is a wonderful soul with many gifts and much love to share. I highly recommend Dave as a mentor on your spiritual/healing journey! You can find him on my face book list of friends or contact him directly at reikidaveohio@yahoo.com or you can visit his personal website at http://reikidaveohio.webs.com/ .

The attunement was powerful! I felt incredible energy in and around me especially around my heart chakra and hands. I have tried many modalities, and Reiki is the one thing I have found to offer consistent change without experiencing a momentary high just to go back to old patterns. With consistent use and the practice of meditation, you continue to build and channel energy!

During this journey of personal self-development I have been able to not only center myself, but have become clearer on many objectives in my life. I am so excited about how this will change my ability to address the needs of my family and those that are directed to me. Please stay tuned to what I will be doing next... it is powerful and I guarantee you no one else is doing this work here!

A Day to Unite in Prayer

If you are a Minister, Healer, Reiki Master, Shaman, Spiritualist, or Layperson you understand the power of prayer!

We know that when Jesus prayed He was able to change the weather, feed thousands, cast demons, and raise the dead. He was also able to perform miracles on the sick and heal lepers, the blind, hemorrhaging woman, the deaf, and more!

It is my belief that the power Jesus used resides in us all. Before you say the word blasphemy, let me explain further When God proclaimed we were created in His Image and Likeness, that really didnt mean that He has a physical body like ours, but rather our spiritual body is like His! The spirit that animates the physical resembles The Universal Energy we call God, Spirit, Yahweh, etc.

There are many interpretations, but Jesus declared, “…For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them. Jesus gave us the tool to heal and create miracles; simply gather in His name.

Of course He didnt mean in the physical sense, but energetically, in the Spirit, He would be with us. It is my belief that when this occurs, The God Energy strengthens within and around us; this is when doors open and miracles can and do occur. No matter what religion or belief we have, the power of prayer bridges all gaps creating never ending possibilities.

I ask you to join me on 9/9/09 in prayer for healing, vibrant health, and resources for the autism community.

Take time out of your day, pause, and raise our children and the children of tomorrow up in His name and ask the Lord to protect, nurture and heal them and their families.

May our government, scientists, doctors, and pharmaceutical companies be open to discovering the cause of this disabling condition and take the proper actions to prevent further harm.

May these children and families have productive, quality lives full of enrichment, companionship, and success.

May these children miraculously awaken from the constructs of autism full of expression, life, and joy!

Will you pray with me on 9/9/09 to prove Jesus can provide modern day miracles through us?

Letter From the Tooth Fairy

Around the world I flew tonight.

My path lit by lightening bugs so bright.

Who to greet, who to meet?

A sleeping girl, O’ so sweet.

Seven fairies protect your room

Under the glistening silver moon.

I quietly slid beneath your head

A dollar for you I upon your bed.

I found no tooth and that’s okay

A big girl tooth is still on the way.

Love,

The Tooth Fairy

Art Inspired Poems

The theme of the field trip yesterday was art and poetry. The docents escorted small groups of the children to different works of art. We would have a brief discussion about how to ‘read’ the art and then the docent would instruct the group to create a poem to describe what we saw in the artwork.

Having studied Art Therapy I have visited many museums, but this was by far the best viewing yet. These young girls had brilliant observations and ideas.

Here is a sample of some of my art inspired poems.

Art Work: Wind, 1961
Artist: Agnes Martin
Poem Style: Personification

I am a line like so many others.
I am a line wanting to curve.
I am a line straight and tall.
I am a line hidden in the wall.

A Natural Birth Meditation, The Rainbow

Excerpt from The Mother Consciousness, Chapter 2 Natural Childbirth

“ I shifted in and out of different positions until I discovered the one that worked best for me. I found myself lying on my side, in the fetal position, with the comfort and safety of my husband whispering in my ear— intimate words reserved just for me. He, then, gently reminded me to focus on the colors of the rainbow bringing me into the meditation I found most relaxing during our practice sessions at home.

“I started with red and found myself enveloped in deep red roses – the smell of roses always reminded me of my maternal grandmother. I drifted to orange and focused on the warmth of the sun bathing over me – ebbing over my contractions. Yellow slipped in and I saw myself swaddled in a warm yellow fuzzy blanket – cozy, comfortable, drifting to green. The smell of fresh cut green grass in the spring entered my awareness as the blue of the sky swirled above and around me. I was floating on the clouds while I heard my husband’s comforting breath in rhythm of my own. The blue sky vaporized and I found myself in a field of purple lilacs bringing me back to my childhood. The aroma was pleasant, and led me to the memory of my maternal grandmother’s face – I could see the wrinkled distant wisdom in her eyes, comforting me. I found the strength to lift myself up into the squatting position.

[Or did my grandmother guide me?]”

People of the Earth; Arise!

People of the Earth;
Arise!
The Mother Earth
Is calling upon you.

Awaken to the cause;
Stand
Shout
Respond.

The winds of the sky are agitated—
The floods have revolted—
And the fires are intensifying.

People of the Earth;
Arise!
The Mother Earth
Is rumbling for us to take action.

Awaken to possibilities;
Reusability
Restoration
Responsibility.

The icecaps vanish—
The creatures die—
And the greed continues on.

People of the Earth;
Arise!
The Mother Earth
Has taken care of her own.

Awaken to her touch;
Respond
Nurture
Repair.

The reconstruction takes time—
The resources appear—
And the Earth regenerates.

People of the Earth;
Arise!
The Mother Earth
Is grateful towards her children.

Awaken to tomorrow;
Harmony
Integrity
Balance.

The accountability gives hope—
The healing takes place—
And the utopia trickles in.

People of the Earth;
Arise!
The mother Earth has healed.

Creators Of Our Own Reality

According to the Secret (a film out about the Law of Attraction) you can attract what you want through 3 simple steps: ask, believe, and receive.

1. Ask: Identify what you want and ask for it. Write it down or post it on a vision board, your refrigerator, car visor, in your work space, bathroom, bedroom ceiling… put it everywhere!!
Look at it every day often.

2. Believe: Believe that it is already yours- even if you don’t know how it is going to come about. Believe and Feel as if you already have it.

3. Receive: Be open to receiving your want. Without the ability to receive it- it will not manifest.

Monitor your thoughts… every thought, over 65,000 of them each day, manifests our reality. This is not just wishful thinking… quantum physics states that thoughts have magnetic frequencies. This has been proven by science and in this science energy attracts like energy.

So if thoughts have magnetic frequencies then... whatever you think about you manifest. We are the creators of our own reality.
