5 cups Powder Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
½ cup softened Earth Balance Buttery Spread
6 ounce Soy (or coconut) Strawberry Yogurt
Blend all ingredients together and spread on cupcakes or cake. This is so yummy you will fight over who is going to lick the beaters!
