Bonus Recipe of the week: Gluten Free Casein Free Grilled Eggplant




This was so delicious I just couldn’t wait for next week.



1 large eggplant
Olive oil
Minced garlic
Sea salt


Slice eggplant in ¼ inch disks. Lay on a flat surface and drizzle olive oil, minced garlic and salt on both sides of the eggplant disks. Place disks on a hot grill, flip every 5 minutes until they are the desired doneness... even the girls ate this.
